  • Service details — vehicle location, year/make/model, service needed, and any spare availability, tire size or notes you provide so we can assess and respond to the request

Our website request forms do not ask for payment card details. Do not enter card information in the form or an ordinary text message. Confirm payment arrangements when agreeing to the service.

How We Use Your Information

We use the information you provide to:

  • Contact you to confirm your service request or appointment
  • Dispatch the appropriate technician or vehicle to your location
  • Send an appointment reminder or follow-up message if you opt in
  • Improve our services based on customer feedback

Website requests are handled through Netlify and sent to our business inbox. Information needed to respond to a request and carry out an accepted job is available to the people handling that work.

We do not sell, rent, trade, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.
