IC Roadside & Key was founded in 2024 by Yusra Badr, a lifelong Iowa resident who knows these roads as well as anyone. Growing up in Eastern Iowa, Yusra watched friends and family get stranded on I-80, stuck on the winding highway between Solon and North Liberty, or helpless in a university campus parking lot with a dead battery and a national call center on hold. She started IC Roadside & Key to fix that — a genuinely local service that picks up the phone, shows up fast, and treats every customer like a neighbor.

Yusra brings years of hands-on experience in roadside assistance and vehicle services. IC Roadside & Key is fully licensed and insured, and every technician meets the same professional standards she holds herself to. Since launching in 2024, the business has served drivers across the entire Eastern Iowa corridor — from Cedar Rapids to Kalona and everywhere in between.

We run a fleet of flatbed and wheel-lift tow trucks, fully stocked service vehicles, and mobile tire installation rigs. Every technician is trained, licensed, and insured.
